About the Company

Our client is a long-established and reputable shopfitting contractor delivering high-quality retail fit-out projects nationwide. Due to a new project starting in Chalford, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee site operations for the duration of a 5+ week fit-out programme.

Role Overview

The successful Site Manager will take full responsibility for the on-site delivery of a retail fit-out project, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to an excellent standard. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate daily site activities, and maintain communication with the wider project team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations

*

Coordinate subcontractors and labour

*

Uphold all health & safety standards and complete related documentation

*

Carry out site inductions, toolbox talks, and maintain daily site records

*

Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide updates to the project team

*

Ensure all works meet quality and specification requirements

Requirements

*

Previous experience as a Site Manager on retail fit-out or shopfitting projects

*

Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills

*

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

*

Valid SMSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid certification

*

Joinery background beneficial but not essential
