Title: Licensed THRIVE Practitioner (Education Support)

Location: Blackpool, FY Area

Pay: £102.83 - £140.00 per day (Negotiable based on experience)

Start: Immediate / ASAP

The Role: Are you a qualified THRIVE Practitioner looking to lead emotional development in a specialist setting? We are hiring a specialist to conduct THRIVE assessments and deliver targeted emotional literacy programmes. You will be the point of call for students struggling with attachment or emotional regulation, helping them build the psychological foundations needed for learning.

Key Requirements:

Mandatory: Licensed THRIVE Practitioner qualification.

Ability to track and profile student progress using the THRIVE framework.

Experience in de-escalation and trauma-informed practice.
