* Observe and assess children's progress, adapting teaching strategies to suit individual needs.

* Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

* Plan, prepare, and provide a range of activities that encourage children's learning and development.

* Participate in team meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives.

* Engage in regular professional development to enhance your teaching practice.

* A passionate and motivated ECT

* A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
