Legal PA - Conveyancing

Valeco Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a respected and well-established Scottish legal firm in the heart of Edinburgh. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal PA to join their busy Residential Conveyancing department.

In this traditional and client-focused secretarial role, you will provide dedicated support to two senior Partners, playing a key part in ensuring the smooth running of their conveyancing practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing full secretarial and administrative support to two Partners

*

Drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence

*

Managing client communications and liaising with estate agents and solicitors

*

Organising diaries, meetings, and appointments

*

Handling property documentation and conducting Land Registry searches

*

Managing files, mail, and compliance paperwork

*

Supporting with digital dictation and audio typing

What We're Looking For:

*

Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal PA in Residential Conveyancing

*

Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills

*

High attention to detail and ability to work independently

*

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook

*

Experience with Land Registry processes and audio typing is highly desirable

*

A professional, approachable, and client-focused manner
