You'll be responsible for converting warm leads into sales, re-engaging lapsed customers, and supporting the wider sales team to drive growth. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What You'll Be Doing as a Business Development Manager:

Sales & Lead Conversion

Follow up on warm marketing and sales leads.

Engage with prospects to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and progress them through the sales pipeline.

*

Build relationships with industry-relevant businesses and introduce them to our offerings.

Re-Engaging Lapsed Customers

*

Reconnect with past customers, understand their challenges, and reintroduce products using a consultative sales approach.

Sales Support & Collaboration

*

Assist with inbound sales calls, emails, and general enquiries.

*

Attend customer events, exhibitions, and networking functions.

*

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and professional brand representation.

What We're Looking For in a Business Development Manager:

Proven experience in a proactive Business Development or Sales role (manufacturing/construction industry experience is a plus).

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to manage your own sales pipeline.

A team player with a results-driven mindset and a passion for achieving targets.
