What You'll Be Doing

As a Graduate IT & Customer Support Technician, you'll join the technical team and become an expert in the company's technology. Your role will include:

  • Providing first-line technical support to customers
  • Troubleshooting IT, software, and telecoms-related queries
  • Assisting in preparing technical proposals and documentation
  • Working with Engineering, Sales and Projects to gather information for bids
  • Contributing to the full bid lifecycle - from research to submission
  • Building great relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Learning the product, and becoming a go-to technical specialist
