The New Business Coordinator position involves:

Creating pipeline opportunities for the business
Working with the CRM system to update the existing information
Identify and research areas and specific information
Working with the marketing team to create new ideas to excite and attract new clients
Being the first point of contact through telephone, email and letters
Booking meetings for the New Business Manager
Liaising with clients and being the first point of contact for them
Sending out the relevant information to potential and new clients
Converting leads into new business

To be considered for the New Business Coordinator position you will:

Have proven ability to adapt within a fast paced environment
Maintain previous telephone or customer service experience
Have previous CRM experience
Be confident when speaking with clients and be a fantastic relationship builder
Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills
Have outstanding attention to detail
Work with confidence on the PC and all Microsoft packages
