An exciting opportunity awaits you at the offices of a luxury international hospitality brand in Johannesburg North. We're seeking enthusiastic, guest-centric call centre agents to assist international clientele with memory-making journeys across the globe.
Responsibilities
-Manage the complete guest journey
-Deliver best-in-class luxury service via phone, video chat, email, live chat, or in person.
-Cultivate strong relationships with global Travel Advisors and guests.
-Act as an expert in our CRM and booking platforms
-Offer feedback and suggestions to enhance customer support processes and service excellence.
Requirements
-Language fluency in English
-Minimum 1 year of experience in a contact centre or similar hospitality sales role — luxury travel background is a big plus.
-Previous experience with IT applications including CRM software & booking platforms
-Flexibility to work full-time on rotating shifts, including weekends, to support global clientele.
-A genuine interest in global travel and destinations.
Package
-Basic: R 15,900
-Incentive: R 4,400 (max)
-Night Shift Allowance: R 2,121.39
-Transport Allowance: R 2,168
-Medical Aid/Insurance (max: R1,100)
-Pension Fund: 10%
