• Delivering day-to-day support to individuals in line with personalised care plans

• Promoting independence, choice, and dignity at all times

• Assisting with daily living tasks, emotional support, and community engagement

• Supporting service users with their physical and mental wellbeing

• Building trusting relationships that encourage positive outcomes

• At minimum of 6 months experience supporting a similar client group

• A caring, empathetic, and professional attitude

• Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
