POP Nashville is looking to hire a PM Lead Cook for our East Nashville location, who will answer directly to the General Managers as well as the Executive Sous Chef. This position is a keyholder one and you will be setting the alarm and being the last one out the door as well as leading the expo during shifts with guidance from the chef. People looking to build managerial skills such as coordinating with our production team (we make all our own proteins and broths in the same kitchen in East Nashville that the line works out of, anyone interested in learning how we make our products will be welcome to a shift or learning from the production team), working on prep lists, and menu creation are encouraged to apply.
Members of our Line Team at POP receive tips from service on top of their hourly salary, this additional compensation is often $100+ dollars a pay period.
We started as a pop-up restaurant in East Nashville and we have grown to two full service restaurants. We are not a corporation, but a group of really awesome people who love this business. We are seeking dedicated and passionate cooks to help make that dream happen every night for the 200+ guests who come to see us every night. - Be 18 years of age or older.
- Have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must pass the federally mandated E-verify process
- 1 or more years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel and guests.
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).

Otaku Ramen was founded in 2012 and ran as a pop-up for 4 years until we opened our first shop in the Gulch in December of 2015. Our second shop just opened this spring in East Nashville. Join the team.

Little Octopus serves fresh, clean vibrant food inspired by the cultures of latin America. Also started as a pop-up in 2015, we opened our brick and mortar location in the Gulch in January of 2017.
