New Homes Sales Advisor - Part-Time | Edinburgh

Location: Edinburgh
Hours: Part-Time (3 days per week)
Working Pattern:

* Thursday - Saturday - Sunday or Friday - Saturday - Sunday

* Plus 1 full weekend off in every 4

Peace Recruitment are currently working with a well-established residential developer to recruit an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor for a busy development in Edinburgh.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking for a flexible, part-time role within a high-performing sales environment, with the chance to work on a quality development and earn strong commission.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to completion

* Conducting viewings and presenting properties to prospective buyers

* Building strong relationships with customers and delivering excellent service

* Progressing sales and liaising with solicitors, financial advisors, and internal teams

* Achieving sales targets and maximising revenue opportunities

Requirements:

* Previous experience in new homes sales (essential)

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* A proactive and target-driven approach

* Ability to work weekends as part of a rota

* Full UK driving licence preferred
