Our client is a well-known and reputable HGV dealership. Currently they are looking for an experienced Assistant Parts Manager to work in their busy Heathrow depot.

Working hours:

* Basic hours are 42.5 per week Monday to Friday

* Occasional Saturday mornings may be required paid at 1.5

You must have Commercial Vehicle Parts experience.

Requirements

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate a sales team.

* Strong sales focus with a proven ability to lead a team to exceed targets.

* Good analytical ability to monitor sales performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.

* High level of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

* Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to maintaining and improving customer relationships.

* Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-driven.
