The Role

This is a Design Manager position covering early stages through to project completion. You'll work closely with project teams, clients, and consultants to ensure designs meet both commercial and technical expectations, while driving efficiency and maintaining buildability.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the design function across multiple live projects

* Coordinate with external consultants and review technical information

* Ensure designs meet programme, cost, and quality targets

* Engage with clients, project teams, and local authorities throughout the design process

* Resolve design, compliance, or technical issues proactively and efficiently

* Lead design workshops and consultant meetings as required

About You

You will be an experienced Design Manager with a solid technical background and a thorough understanding of construction delivery. Youe ill have main contarctopr expereince, an engineering, or an archirtceural background. You will need to be an excellent communicator and have the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects forward.
