Their portfolio includes super-prime residential developments, five-star hotel fit-outs, sports stadiums, Michelin-starred restaurants, premium retail, museums, and more. They predominantly work for high-net-worth clients, creating some of the most exceptional spaces in the sector.
 
Due to their continued success and a strong pipeline of work, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple high-value projects, ensuring exceptional delivery standards and client satisfaction.
 
The Role:
As Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for overseeing several luxury fit-out projects simultaneously, managing teams, budgets, programmes, and client relationships from pre-construction through to handover.
 
Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time, to budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Lead, mentor, and support project teams, ensuring they have the resources and guidance required.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, collaborative relationships.
Ensure all Health & Safety requirements are met and exceeded across sites.
Oversee and manage budgets, cost control, and commercial reporting.
Liaise closely with design, commercial, and delivery teams to ensure alignment at every stage.
Review programmes, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Drive a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement across all projects. Requirements:

Proven track record as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager within the luxury fit-out sector.
Experience delivering high-end retail, hospitality, or commercial projects.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage multiple teams.
Excellent client-facing skills with a track record of building long-term relationships.
Commercially astute with experience managing multi-million-pound budgets.
Degree or equivalent in Construction Management or a related field. What's on Offer:
