We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a highly established restaurant on the Suffolk Coast. The venue is conveniently located near Aldeburgh, Southwold, and Saxmundham, making it easily accessible from surrounding areas. Known locally for its quality food and consistent service, it attracts both regular guests and visitors with a strong core menu and changing specials.

The Role

• Lead and develop a skilled kitchen team
• Deliver high standards of food quality and presentation
• Oversee menu development and seasonal specials
• Manage rotas, stock, and GP control
• Maintain strong food safety and hygiene standards

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Head Chef
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Passion for contemporary, seasonal cuisine
• Commercially aware with good cost control
• Full UK driving licence and own transport (essential)
