Join a quality first engineering culture where automation drives everything. As our Senior SDET, you’ll report to the Head of QA and lead the design and delivery of scalable, reliable test automation across platforms. You’ll mentor developers, shape CI/CD processes, and champion best practices that raise the bar for quality across the board.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing and maintaining robust automation frameworks
• Driving CI/CD integration for automated testing
• Writing and executing performance tests (K6/Grafana)
• Mentoring developers and guiding QA best practices
• Identifying automation opportunities across teams
• Collaborating with engineering and product to improve test environments and data
• Supporting adoption of automation tools and techniques

What we’re looking for

We don’t expect perfection, if you tick most of these boxes, we’d love to hear from you:

• Proven experience in automation engineering
• Strong JavaScript skills
• Hands-on with Cypress, Cucumber, Gherkin
• Familiar with CI/CD tools (ideally GitLab)
• Experience with performance testing tools (K6, Grafana)
• Comfortable with test management platforms (Xray)
• Skilled in log/metric analysis (DataDog a plus)
• Familiar with JIRA and defect tracking
• Bonus: Appium experience
