The Role:
As Technical Supervisor, you will support the Technical Manager in maintaining site food safety, quality, and compliance standards across the operation. This hands-on role will involve leading QA teams, preparing for audits, driving improvements, and acting as a key point of contact across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day quality and food safety checks on site

*

Support audit readiness (BRC, customer, internal)

*

Maintain and develop HACCP and quality systems

*

Supervise QA team members and ensure adherence to procedures

*

Collaborate with production, NPD, and supply chain teams

*

Drive a culture of continuous improvement and accountability

About You:

*

Experience in a quality or technical role within food or drink manufacturing

*

Working knowledge of BRC, HACCP, and food safety systems

*

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

*

Ambitious, proactive, and ready to grow into a Technical Manager role

*

Comfortable in a dynamic, SME environment
