We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a planned works programme (kitchens and bathrooms) across multiple sites.

Locations: Crawley & Maidstone
Base: Ideally Kent-based
Start Date: 20th April

The Role:

Managing planned works schemes (kitchen & bathroom refurbishments)
Overseeing site operations across multiple locations
Managing subcontractors and ensuring programme delivery
Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality
Liaising with clients and internal teamsRequirements:

SMSTS
First Aid
CSCS Card
Asbestos Awareness
Driving Licence
DBS
Proven experience delivering planned works / social housing projectsWhat's on offer:

£250 per day
3-4 month contract
