A long-established and respected law firm in Harrow is seeking an experienced Senior Private Client Lawyer to join its growing team. The Role

You will handle a sophisticated, varied caseload spanning complex wills and estate planning, trust creation and administration, taxable probate matters, LPAs, and succession planning for high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurial families and business owners. The work is both intellectually stimulating and client-facing, offering you the opportunity to become a trusted adviser to an established and expanding client base.

With the department continuing to grow, the successful candidate will also play a key role in shaping its future direction-bringing ideas, strategic vision and commercial insight.

Key Responsibilities

* Advising on complex wills, trusts and estate planning

* Creating and administering trusts, including those with multi-generational structures

* Leading probate and estate administration, including high-value and taxable estates

* Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney

* Delivering strategic asset protection and succession planning for HNW clients

* Helping drive the development and growth of the department

* Providing high-level drafting, clear advice, and excellent client care

About You

You will:

* Have at least 6 years' PQE in Private Client work

* Possess strong technical knowledge of wills, trusts, probate and LPAs

* Offer outstanding drafting ability and a confident, polished communication style

* Demonstrate a commercial, solutions-focused approach

* Be comfortable advising high-net-worth clients and liaising with other professionals

* Ideally (though not essentially) hold a STEP qualification

* Be ambitious, collaborative and ready for meaningful progression
