Learning & Development Trainer – Leatherhead

Reed HR are delighted to be supporting a well-established organisation based in Leatherhead in their search for a dynamic Learning & Development Trainer. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced L&D professional who is passionate about delivering engaging training and supporting organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a range of training programmes, both face-to-face and virtually, across core skills, leadership, compliance, and professional development.

  • Design and refresh training materials to ensure content is modern, engaging, and aligned with business needs.

  • Conduct training needs analyses and partner with managers to identify development priorities.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.

  • Support wider L&D initiatives including onboarding, talent development, and digital learning.

  • Maintain accurate training records and contribute to reporting.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience delivering training in a corporate or professional environment.

  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage learners at all levels.

  • Experience designing learning content using contemporary L&D methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • L&D qualifications (CIPD, TAP, or equivalent) are advantageous but not essential.
