Learning & Development Trainer – Leatherhead
Reed HR are delighted to be supporting a well-established organisation based in Leatherhead in their search for a dynamic Learning & Development Trainer. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced L&D professional who is passionate about delivering engaging training and supporting organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a range of training programmes, both face-to-face and virtually, across core skills, leadership, compliance, and professional development.
Design and refresh training materials to ensure content is modern, engaging, and aligned with business needs.
Conduct training needs analyses and partner with managers to identify development priorities.
Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
Support wider L&D initiatives including onboarding, talent development, and digital learning.
Maintain accurate training records and contribute to reporting.
Person Specification
Proven experience delivering training in a corporate or professional environment.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage learners at all levels.
Experience designing learning content using contemporary L&D methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
L&D qualifications (CIPD, TAP, or equivalent) are advantageous but not essential.
