Children's Residential Support Worker

? Pay: £13.25 per hour + £50 per sleep-in (approx. 8-10 per month)

Are you passionate about making a difference in a young person's life? We are looking for dedicated and resilient Children's Residential Support Workers to join a warm and supportive team in a well-established children's home.

This is an amazing opportunity to support children and young people who have experienced trauma, providing them with stability, safety, and meaningful relationships. You'll work closely with a close-knit team, offering emotional and practical support to help them thrive.

What's on offer:

8-10 sleep-ins per month

2 on, 4 off shift pattern - giving you consistent time off to recharge

What we're looking for:
Experience in residential childcare or similar support roles

Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with children

Emotionally resilient and committed to making a real difference

NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People (desirable, not essential)
