Supporting daily and weekly food preparation for the general kitchen, catering to a large number of pupils.
Assisting in the fine dining restaurant, preparing high-quality dishes.
Supporting the senior team in planning and preparation for a variety of special events.
Assisting with stock control, portion control, and minimizing wastage.
Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
Contributing to a positive and efficient kitchen environment. We are looking for a Chef de Partie with:

Experience in banqueting or contract catering.
Fine dining experience, demonstrating a passion for high-quality cuisine.
