• Managing client/business relationships
• Responding to the needs of clients
• Candidate attraction
• Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on job opportunities
• Profiling candidates
• Managing the entire recruitment process
• Salary negotiation between client and candidate
• Networking for new business opportunities

• A strong and proven track record in sales, networking and/or client development abilities
