Role: Machine Shop Labourer Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 13.00 – 23.30 (Late shift)Location: Sherburn in ElmetHourly Rate: Competitive 

Our client is looking for a motivated team player to support there busy machine shop— the central hub where all finished products pass through. This hands-on role involves picking, loading, and unloading machines, ensuring every part moves smoothly through the process. It’s a fast-paced position that demands reliable teamwork, clear communication, and a commitment to maintaining a steady workflow.

Requirements:

• Forklift License or experience which can be demonstrated
• Ability to manage relationships 
• Be a critical and analytical thinker 
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills 
• Strong organisational skills 
• Ability to multi-task priorities and projects, while balancing short and long term objectives
