We're looking for a proactive and strategic Operations Manager to lead cross-functional projects and drive the successful onboarding of new customers-particularly in the fresh produce sector. This role supports senior leadership and plays a key part in aligning business strategy with operational execution in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and KPIs are met.
Coordinate communication across Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Marketing, and Customer Service.
Support go-to-market strategies and business planning aligned with growth targets.
Drive process improvements and ensure operational readiness for customer launches.
Promote innovation and contribute to value chain development and customer engagement.
Occasionally travel internationally to support customer relationships and project delivery.

What You'll Need

Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (Master's or PMP/Prince2 preferred).
5+ years in operations or project management, ideally in fresh produce or FMCG.
Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Proficiency in project tools, KPI tracking, and stakeholder management.
Willingness to travel and engage with international customers.
