Blocktech MEP is currently looking on behalf of their client for an Electrical Supervisor for a permanent role, the office is based in Canterbury but 90% of Jobs based in Central London.

They are seeking an ambitious, self-motivated, and enthusiastic Electrical Supervisor to join their growing team to help deliver commercial Electrical packages

Principal Responsibilities:

* Manage and drive a team to meet all project requirements and deadlines

* Coordinating and planning resources including labour, materials and sub-contractors

* Ensuring adherence to company safety and quality procedures

* Prepare relevant reports as requested and provide detailed progress reports.

* Converse with clients and senior managers to deliver technical information.

Successful candidate requirements.

* SSSTS or SMSTS

* Proficient in use of systems software related to site foreman functions

* 3+ years' experience working with a recognised electrical contractor

* A minimum of 2 years' experience within an electrical supervision role

* Proven track record of coordinating and supervising projects with tier 1 contractors

* Supervision experience managing labour teams of 10+

* Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluent English

* A good work ethos, with a will to succeed through a collaborative approach.

Employment Details:

* 07:00 to 16:00 Monday -Friday

* £50,000 to 60,000 (Depending on experience)

* Standard Pension

* 28 Days Holiday Including bank holidays
