The Role:

Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs within EYFS

Work closely with class teachers and SEN staff to deliver personalised learning

Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging early years classroom environment

Support children’s social and emotional development at a crucial stage in their education
What We’re Looking For:

A caring, patient, and proactive individual

Experience working with children or individuals with additional needs is highly desirable

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A confident driver is preferred due to the school’s location

This role would particularly suit a strong academic graduate, especially those with a degree in Psychology or Education Studies, and/or tutoring experience, looking to gain valuable school-based experience
