Payroll Administrator

Location: London

Salary: Circa £32,000 (DOE)

Hours: 8am-5pm

Fully office based

Your role

• Processing end to end monthly & weekly payroll for 600 employees using Coins
• Statutory payments - SSP, SPP, SMP
• Starters and leavers
• Manage the administration of their pension schemes, including auto-enrolment processes, contributions, and liaising with pension providers.
• Benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with current pension regulations and maintain accurate records
• Stay up to date with changes in payroll legislation and pension regulations

About you

• Eager to learn, proactive, enthusiastic
• 2-3+ years payroll experience
• End to end payroll processing experience
• Desirable: Experience using Coins
