Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical pharmacy support across inpatient wards

Requirements:

GPhC-registered Pharmacist

*

Previous hospital pharmacy experience is essential

Strong clinical knowledge and ability to work independently

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
