Our client, due to growth, is currently seeking a motivated Trainer to join their award-winning business in their offices in Ipswich. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering high quality-based training.

Please be advised this role will require regular travel commitments, including multi-night stays as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver on-site and online training to a variety of organisations.

* Facilitate workshops ranging from online to onsite sessions, covering a wide range of topics and age groups.

* Liaise directly with organisations to understand their specific goals and desired outcomes.

Previous Skills or Experience:

* Prior experience in delivering structured, interactive group sessions.

* Exhibits excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal capabilities.

* Demonstrates a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

* Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

* High standard of organisational and time management skills.

* Experience working with individuals across a broad range of age groups.
