About the role of Senior Site Manager:

Working on Oxford University, working on refurbishments, refit projects , and new build fit out for the lab/physics buildings.

Responsibilities for Senior Site Manager:

Delivering Projects from preconstruction to delivery
Communication with main contractor & managing other sub-contractors
Day to day Client interaction
Ensuring the team are meeting deadlines
Maintaining budgets, tracking costs, and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.Requirements for Senior Site Manager:

Experience working at a main contractor or sub-contractor with a focus on refurbishments
Delivered projects from £5 m upwards
Run multiple projects from start to finish
