• Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will offer highly visible and supportive leadership to both the outpatients and pre-assessment nurses, working with your team to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Be responsive to patient feedback, they are always looking for ways to improve their service.
• You must have an active NMC registration and have a proven track record of successfully managing a clinical team within a clinical environment. You must be confident working with surgical patients.
