We are seeking a Plumbing Lecturer to join our team on a temporary basis to cover for a long-term absence. This role involves teaching the Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Plumbing & Domestic Heating to apprentices from Year 1 to Year 4. The position is ideal for an experienced educator who is passionate about plumbing and heating systems and is skilled in delivering structured and engaging lessons.
Day-to-day of the role:- Monday to Friday: Teach structured classes to Year 1-4 apprentices, with each day dedicated to a different year group.
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Teaching sessions.
- Wednesday: Reserved for administrative duties, preparation, marking, and team meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Plumbing Lecturer or in a similar educational role.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing and domestic heating systems.
- Good Industry Experience
- Qualified Plumber
- Ability to teach and manage apprentices effectively across different year groups.
- Excellent organisational skills to handle teaching and administrative responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills for effective teaching and collaboration with colleagues.
