My client is recruiting for an Service Manager for their Motor Vehicle Dealership in the Ipswich area

Role: Aftersales Manager

To successfully help run the department, reporting to the Aftersales and General Manager
To help maximise productivity and profit of the Workshop, Parts and Service departments
To comfortably work the front desk ensuring excellent customer service
Requirements: aftersales Manager

You will have experience of working in a main dealer, including dealing direct with customers in a service role, and ideally workshop control
Excellent customer service skills
Flexible approach to learning all sides of the business, with the willingness to progress
Full clean driving licence
