Software Engineer, C#, ASP.NET MVC

My client, a prestigious and world-leading company, is looking for a mid-level Software Engineer with core skills in C# and ASP.NET MVC, to join their dedicated team.  Whilst the office base is in central Oxford (short walk from the train station), flexible hours come as standard, together with 2-3 days a week remote working.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a globally recognised consultancy, located in the centre of bustling Oxford. My client is looking for a Software Engineer / Web Developer to work on a variety of websites, applications and digital services, as they look to implement new features and product ideas, to support their growth and success.  Working across the full stack, the environment comprises C#, SQL Server, ASP.NET, Web API, XML, XSLT, JQuery and Bootstrap, with .NET Core and Azure beginning to take hold!

What's needed?

The ideal Software Engineer / Web Developer should have the following:

• Demonstrable web development experience
• Solid experience of C# development using the .NET framework
• ASP.NET MVC
• Core JavaScript and understanding major frameworks including JQuery
• HTML/CSS
• Experience of SQL Server would be highly desirable, along with any experience of .NET Core, Azure, and/or JS frameworks such as React and Angular
