Management Accountant - Grimsby - Competitive Salary  

Chase & Holland have the exciting opportunity to be exclusively partnering with a PE backed, fast-paced logistics and distribution business based in Grimsby, who are looking to recruit an experienced and results driven Management Accountant for a newly created role due to business growth. Responsible for multi-site management accounts reporting and MI Reporting
Review and prepare group management and financial reporting including preparation of information for the board pack
Business partner the Site Managers to support them in driving efficiencies
Producing financial and MI reporting to support with strategic decision making and various upcoming projects including tender negotiations and potential acquisitions
Assist with reviewing and developing the management accounts reporting pack and MI reporting to improve awareness
Continuous improvement mentality. A natural passion for developing systems, controls and processes to support with updated regulations and business growth
Budget and cost control management including liaising with various stakeholders to drive efficiencies
Cashflow and bank reporting
Fixed asset management and stock reporting
Supporting with the management of the busy transactional accounts teamThe ideal candidate will be:
ACCA/ CIMA Qualified, later stages PQ or Qualified By Experience
A credible, results driven individual who has a continuous improvement mentality
IT literate including strong excel and ERP systems experience
Commercially astute Management Accountant with a proven track record
A service focused individual, who is a problem solver and driven to add value
Analytical approach and confident to use your own initiative
Ability to turn complex data into an understandable form
