Position: Overhead Crane Operator

We are seeking a skilled and safety‑conscious Overhead Crane Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating cranes and other heavy machinery to lift, move, and position materials and equipment with precision. This role requires strong mechanical understanding, excellent coordination, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

• Operate overhead cranes to lift, move, and position loads according to project requirements.
• Conduct pre‑operational checks to ensure all equipment is safe and functional.
• Work closely with ground crew to coordinate lifts and maintain safe operations.
• Maintain accurate records of materials handled and movements performed.
• Carry out routine maintenance tasks and promptly report any mechanical issues.
• Ensure strict adherence to company safety procedures and industry regulations.
• Assist with loading/unloading materials in warehouse settings when required.
• Support general materials handling tasks, including digging and basic construction support.

• Proven experience as a Crane Operator within construction, manufacturing, or a similar environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to identify and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, materials handling, shipping, and receiving.
• Valid crane operator certification or relevant qualifications (preferred).
• Forklift operating experience (advantageous).
• Commercial driving experience (desirable but not essential).
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow safety protocols at all times.
• Excellent communication, situational awareness, and attention to detail.
