We are  seeking a highly driven Protection Insurance Sales Agent to join my  established client . As a Protection Advisor, you will be responsible for selling a range of protection insurance products and ensuring the right customer outcome is achieved.

What will you be doing ?

• Convert client enquiries to policies for prospective clients over the phone
• Generate business equal to or in excess of monthly target
• Provide every client with an exceptional customer service level and ensure TCF and best customer outcome is achieved
• Use all data to maximise sales
• Provide the client with the best possible advice
• Ensure the client provides all relevant documentation and is chased up for this where required
• Work and administer workflows, diaries and chase calls within required timescales
• Ensure maximum revenue is collected by the business
• Deal with all clients in a positive and professional manner
• Give feedback / ideas on how processes can be improved / made more efficient
• Act in a professional manner and deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Deal with any client queries as required
• Ensure computer records are kept up to date
• Undertake any other duties that fall within the scope of this job

Job Requirements

• 2 years' experience within Financial Services
• Experience in Protection Insurance products
• Quick thinking
• Dedicated

• Self-motivated
• Ability to work towards and exceed targets
• Excellent Communicator
