A forward-thinking organisation is hiring a Data Engineer to join a growing data function that's focused on building a modern, scalable analytics stack. If you're confident in dbt, fluent in SQL, and excited by shaping best practices from the ground up, this could be your next move.

Tech Environment

• Strong dbt use in production (1+ year experience required)
• SQL is essential
• Snowflake is a nice-to-have
• Familiarity with a cloud

Team & Scope

• No direct reports, but you'll be a mentor to others
• Get involved in:
• Access control strategies within dbt/Snowflake
• Designing sandbox environments
• Optimising how analysts interact with the data pipeline
• Platform improvement initiatives
• Balance of BAU, adhoc support, and long-term build work

Who We're Looking For

• 1+ years working with dbt in production
• Confident SQL developer with solid analytics engineering fundamentals
• Someone who can bring fresh ideas, challenge assumptions, and drive improvement
• Bonus if you've contributed to internal documentation, governance or enablement practices
