Job Title: Leaving Care Support Worker

Location: Greater Manchester, Bolton, Oldham, Rochdale, and Warrington.

Job Type: Temporary, Part- and Full-time roles available.

MUST: Have access to your own vehicle and a driver’s license.

Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support to young people aged 16-25.
• Assist with accessing accommodation and building life skills.
• Support rehabilitation with families.
• Help young people become employed, pursue education, or engage in training.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People (or equivalent).
• Demonstrated experience working with young people.
• Essential car user post (full current driving license and access to transport).
• DBS on the update service.
• Experience with Care Leavers and young people in care.
