Band 6 CPN – Early Intervention Service – Birmingham

Are you a skilled Community Psychiatric Nurse looking for your next challenge? We’re working with a dynamic Early Intervention Service in Birmingham (supporting individuals aged 14–35 experiencing first episode psychosis) who need an experienced Band 6 CPN to join their team.

What’s on offer?
  • Location: Birmingham
  • Duration: 3 months ongoing, with potential to extend
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Rate of Pay: £26.00 per hour
  • Requirements: NMC-registered CPN, experience in early intervention or psychosis services, car driver preferred
What will your day look like?

You’ll manage a caseload of service users in the early stages of psychosis, delivering recovery-focused care and evidence-based interventions. You’ll conduct assessments, develop care plans, manage risk, and work collaboratively with families, carers, and the wider multidisciplinary team. You’ll also contribute to MDT meetings and support transitions between services.
