Contracts Manager - Construction

A well-established and growing regional construction contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across the South West.

The Role

As Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

* Overseeing several construction projects simultaneously

* Managing Site Managers and project teams across live sites

* Ensuring projects are delivered safely and in line with programme

* Monitoring budgets, cost control, and commercial performance

* Managing subcontractors and supply chain relationships

* Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams

* Ensuring compliance with health & safety and quality standard

About You

You will have:

* Experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager

* Background working for a main contractor

* Strong knowledge of construction processes and project delivery

* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

* Good commercial awareness and cost management experience

Requirements

* SMSTS (essential)

* CSCS Card (Black/Gold preferred)

* First Aid at Work

* Relevant construction qualification (HNC/HND/Degree - desirable)
