The role is office-based and offered on a part-time basis - three days per week. It will suit someone with a solid understanding of residential conveyancing processes who enjoys working as part of a collaborative and client-focused team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting fee earners with a range of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
- Drafting documentation and handling post-completion matters
- Liaising with clients, agents, and other third parties
- Conducting property searches and preparing reports
- Managing file administration and ensuring compliance with procedures
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience in a conveyancing support or paralegal role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
