The Food Technology Teaching Assistant will support food and nutrition lessons, helping to ensure that classes run smoothly, safely, and effectively

£14.91 - £16.25 per hour, depending on experience
Hourly pay rate includes holiday pay
30 hours per week, term time only
1 mile from Weston train station, accessible by bus or free parking on siteAbout the role

Preparation of ingredients and equipment for lessons
Supporting teaching staff and pupils during safe and engaging practical sessions
Stock management and ordering supplies as needed
Promote positive student behaviour
Encouragement of pupils as they develop essential life skillsThe right candidate

Previous experience working with children or young people
Maths and English GCSE grade A*-C / 9-4 or equivalent
Food Hygiene certificate and first aid certificate - or willingness to undertake training
