Our Client is looking for a Head Chef to manage and run the Catering services in their fabulous new Care Home in Blackburn. 

This Care Home is a purpose-built care home (opened in 2024) offering Nursing, Nursing Dementia, Enablement and Residential Care and Support for 70 residents in Blackburn.

A Head Chef role which allows you evenings off, no split shifts and a great shift pattern, is very rare.

Job Purpose:

To deliver appetising and delicious home cooked food

Ensure fresh nutritional meals are serviced at all times

Ensure food preparation and presentation is to the highest standards at all times

To cater for varied menus serving our diverse residents and staff

Lead by example to achieve efficient running of the kitchen whilst forging strong relationships within the Care Home.
