As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in providing tailored support to students with diverse learning needs, helping to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Here's what the role entails:

🎓 Responsibilities:

Working one-on-one or in small groups with students to provide academic support across a range of subjects
Assisting students with special educational needs (SEN) to access the curriculum and achieve their learning goals
Implementing strategies and interventions outlined in Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to support student progress
Supporting students in developing essential study skills, organizational techniques, and confidence in their abilities
