Salary: £90 - £100 per day (depending on experience)

✔️ Previous experience working with Autism (ASD) or Special Educational Needs in a school setting
✔️ Confidence supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups (phonics experience desirable)
✔️ Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
✔️ Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach
✔️ Strong behaviour management and communication skills
✔️ A good understanding of child development and IEP and EHCP targets

Essential Compliance for Teaching Assistants:

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
Right to work in the UK
Your CV must contain all work since leaving formal education
2 professional references (within the last 2 years)
