Job Advert: Domestic Energy Assessor (Surveyor)

We are expanding our DEA-led surveying capability and are seeking accredited Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA) to support major residential energy data programmes across the region.

The Role

As a Domestic Energy Assessor, you will gather full RdSAP evidence (non-lodgement) and collect energy-related data across a variety of residential properties. Your work will support wider stock condition, compliance, and energy efficiency programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct full RdSAP evidence assessments for residential properties

*

Photograph insulation, ventilation, heating systems, and other energy-related components

*

Accurately input data into tablet or mobile survey systems

*

Work professionally and respectfully within occupied homes

*

Support wider stock condition or compliance programmes as required

Candidate Requirements

*

Fully accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA)

*

Proven experience conducting household energy assessments

*

Strong skills in photographic documentation and evidence capture

*

Valid DBS check

*

Full UK driving licence
