Based near Wakefield, the role offers hybrid working and a salary of up to £27,000 + bonus, along with excellent benefits.
As an Internal Account Manager, you'll manage and develop a large base of business customers. Your focus will be outbound engagement — reactivating lapsed clients, increasing existing account value, and uncovering new revenue streams. You'll provide tailored advice across a broad product portfolio, delivering a first-class customer experience over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactive outbound calls to existing and prospective business customers

Reactivate dormant accounts and introduce new product lines

Build relationships and grow account spend through upselling and cross-selling

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Achieve individual targets around revenue, margin, and account development

Identify new areas for growth across the customer base
What We're Looking For:

Experience in a similar role such as Internal Account Manager, Telesales Executive or B2B Sales Advisor

Commercially minded and target-driven with a resilient attitude

Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

Ability to build rapport quickly and influence decision-makers

Strong organisational and time management skills
