We are looking for a passionate and motivated Early Years Educator to join our dedicated team, providing the very best start in life for our youngest learners.

The Role: As an Early Years Educator, you will:

Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
Plan, observe, and assess children's learning and development.
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can thrive.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support children's progress.
Encourage curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning through play.About You: We are looking for someone who is:

Level 3 qualified (or above) in Early Years Education/Childcare.
Experienced in carrying out observations and planning for children's next steps.
Caring, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting children's development.
A strong communicator and team player.
